As Co-Founder and Director of Be Inspired Youth & Community C.I.C., Ben has led projects that empower young people through mentoring, education, and community engagement.

Scott brings extensive experience in business management, strategy, and operational growth across both corporate and community sectors. Passionate about people and social impact, he combines commercial insight with a deep understanding of human behaviour and leadership.

Craig has more than 20 years of experience across social care, youth work, and local authority services, including five years as a Registered Manager opening and leading three Ofsted-rated Good homes. His hands-on expertise spans policy development, leadership training, and operational delivery.

At Be Inspired Residential Care Services, Craig leads on policy and compliance, training frameworks, and leadership development. His practical insight and passion for quality practice help homes strengthen their teams, improve outcomes, and maintain the highest standards of care.
